Each piece of our hand-painted glassware is lovingly created with high-quality, durable glass paints. We believe in crafting beautiful items that can be cherished and used. Care Instructions & Usage: Hand Wash Only: To preserve the intricate designs, please gently hand wash your glassware using lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh detergents. Not Dishwasher Safe: Our designs are not suitable for dishwashers, as the high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage the paintwork. Not Microwave Safe: Please do not place your hand-painted glassware in the microwave. Avoid Soaking: Do not leave your glassware to soak for extended periods. Materials: Glassware Base: High-quality glass. Paints: Non-toxic, lead-free, and heat-set glass paints designed for durability. Allergens/Risks: No Known Allergens: Our paints are non-toxic and lead-free. There are no known allergens associated with the finished product. Fragile Item: As with all glassware, this product is fragile and can break if dropped or subjected to impact. Handle with care.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
