The idea behind Tree II came during a golden afternoon walk through my local park in London. The sunlight had a soft, amber glow that seemed to wrap around everything — especially this particular tree that stood like a silent guardian of the field. Using the Pep Ventosa technique, I aimed to capture not just its shape, but its energy — walking around it and photographing it from multiple angles to reflect how we truly experience a tree over time. The added textures and warm tones were my way of distilling the mood of that moment into a single, contemplative piece.
