Jewellery Maker TV challenged me to make jewellery using a selection of fabulous gemstone tubes, and this is the result. It was shown on TV and I am so proud of it.

Full description
This is a mighty impressive piece with an incredible array of handmade gemstone tubes.
The gemstones include Fluorite, Amazonite, Sodalite, Quartz, Tigers Eye, Strawberry Quartz, Jasper and Carnelian. The tubes have been handmade by highly skilled lapradorists, and the combination of colours and textures is simply magnificent.
This is a one-of-a-kind, totally unique piece. I used the tubes, combined with Miyuki glass seed beads, to form three-dimensional helix shapes that showcase the stones to perfection. It has a neckline from 16 inches to 18 inches.
Big, bold, and beautiful, Helix is a talking point and the perfect accompaniment to so many outfits.
