This piece is inspired by the quiet beauty of plants gathered from my garden and local walks. I’m drawn to the delicate shapes of wild botanicals and how cyanotype captures their details in such a soft yet striking way. Embroidering onto the prints allows me to connect even more deeply with the forms — adding texture, movement, and a sense of time. Each hoop is a small reflection of the natural world, stitched with care and a love for slow, mindful making.

Full description
his one-of-a-kind cyanotype embroidery artwork features a botanical sun print created using real plants and natural light, then delicately enhanced with hand stitching. The print is made on unbleached cotton fabric using the traditional cyanotype process, producing rich blue tones and organic shapes.
The embroidered design is framed in a 5.5-inch wooden embroidery hoop, ready to hang or display. The back is neatly finished with plain cotton for a clean, professional look.
