Full description
I made this ring myself using a vintage silver teaspoon. The spoon is continental silver of 800 purity from GermanyIi believe. The only markings are very small on the inside of the bowl, stamped 800. size UK 'V'.
The whole spoon is used in the making of the ring, no welds or soldering used in keeping with how they were traditionally made and allows for adjustment.
Originating in the 17th century, spoon rings were often made by servants who couldn’t afford traditional rings for their beloveds. They’d repurpose silver spoons into beautiful rings, turning everyday items into symbols of love and commitment.
