My ‘Happy Scrappy’ blankets are the ultimate in rainbow squishiness! Made with all my left over half balls and ‘ends’ of yarn from other projects, they can contain over 100 different colours. Each and every square is different which means each and every blanket is different too. You’ll never get a blanket the same as anyone else so they truly are unique!
I hate waste and this is the perfect way for me to use up leftovers.
Joined directly to each other (which takes so much longer than joining with a single colour) the squares are a festival of colours and brings me so much joy to see.
The one thing my ‘Happy Scrappy’ blankets have in common is the giant bobble border. I use 3 strands of yarn at a time and a jumbo sized hook to make and I don’t think you’ll find many blankets with a border quite like this!
Measuring approx 90cm (35.5") X 114cm (45") not including the border this blanket is the ideal size for snuggling under on the sofa or bed,keeping in the car to use as an impromptu picnic blanket. As well as for your little one's cot or bed.
Made in a soft acrylic yarn it can be machine washed and will be sent to you inside a drawstring organza bag that not only is perfect for using to gift and for storage but perfect for popping the blanket inside before washing so it won't snag on anything else in the wash. I recommend air or line drying.
I use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service which is fully tracked and insured. You will receive an email with tracking details.
