I aim to post items within 3 days of purchase by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday. For made to order items dispatch would usually be two weeks from placing the order, however should you need an item urgently please do contact me as I may be able to get it to you sooner.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A new baby gift and card in one!
This ‘Kraft’ card has a removable scalloped edged hanging heart with a machine appliquéd initial. The heart comes in a choice of two fabrics: a pretty green with a pink flower and a pink star print initial or a pale green, cream and very fine red stripe with a deep green star print initial. The fabric is stitched into a neutral cream felt backing and the heart hangs from a narrow satin ribbon. A little shell star button adds a decorative detail.
On the card underneath the heart are the words ‘Welcome to the world little one’
The heart measures 11cm x 11cm and the card 14.5cm x 14.5cm
