I aim to post items within 3 days of purchase by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday. For made to order items dispatch would usually be two weeks from placing the order, however should you need an item urgently please do contact me as I may be able to get it to you sooner.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

'Forget-me-not'
With its pretty scalloped edging this hanging heart is made from linen on a cream felt backing. The forget-me-nots have been hand printed and are finished with a little embroidered yellow centre. The leaves in subtle green felt have been machine stitched on
There is a printed fabric label with the phrase 'Forget-me-not' stitched onto the top left of the heart. The heart has been lightly padded with a soft polyester filling and it hangs from a cream satin ribbon
On the back of the heart there is a little pocket which contains a packet of forget-me-not seeds, ready for planting.
The heart measures 14cm x 14cm
