CAN I REQUEST ALTERATIONS TO ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes absolutely. You can request your choice of earring fitting. You can also request changes, for example, extra length in a bracelet or change the length of a necklace. Simply get in touch and ask about your request.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Venetian Murano Glass and Gold Drop Earrings -
These stunning earrings are made using genuine Murano Venetian glass beads which have multi-colour flecks inside the glass as well as real gold flecks suspended inside the glass.
The earrings also include gold-plated bead caps that encase the beads.
The earrings are finished with gold-plated ear studs and they are 2.5cm in total length. The Murano beads are 12mm in width.
These Venetian Murano glass earrings are really pretty and would make a lovely finishing touch to your evening outfit or would make a great gift for someone special.
