I only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. Many of my listings show a 3 day delivery. As I make candles and melts on an ongoing basis the 3 day delivery is just a safety net in case I have run out of stock and need to make a new batch. In most cases the items in your order will be in stock and will be shipped the same day if order placed before 2pm. You can contact me to check stock if you need the item in a hurry. Please allow 7 days for any personalised item to be made for you.
Our container candles are available in a Kraft box as standard but you can also purchase a luxury gift box with ribbon and gift tag which can include a personalised message. These orders will be dispatched the day after the order is placed allowng time for the message to be added and can be posted direct to the recipient.
All orders are sent with a 48 hour tracked service. For melts the shipping cost is £2.70 and for candles £3.50
I also offer 24 tracked and Next Day guaranteed deliveries. Please purchase these items from my shop if you require faster delivery options.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A scented candle with a black vinyl dog and puppy design and caption Super Dad and My Best Friend. Lovely gift for father's day or for a Dad's birthday. Handmade using high quality rapeseed and coconut wax blend, the finest range of premium fragrances, poured into quality glass containers and supplied in a kraft box. The design on the scented candle is made from permanent waterproof printed vinyl which can be cleaned (hand wash only) allowing the glass to be re-purposed as part of your home decor after the candle has burned.
Gift wrapping in a luxury rigid gift box and ribbon is available and can include a personal message on the gift label. The 30cl candle weighs 220g and burns for 35 hours plus.
