Winsor and Newton watercolour on St Cuthbert Mills watercolour paper.
This is a colourful architectural painting of the beautiful cafe in Aston Gardens in the heart of St Annes. I was very pleased with how this painting turned out. I love the splash of pure yellow among the nature of the Gardens. I wanted to highlight the wonderful different architecture of the building, which has a nod, I think, to Asia.
