Full description
Set of two trinket / jewellery boxes. Hand painted and decoupaged on the lid
All four sides of the box have been hand painted in acrylic artists paint with bumble bees, to match the lid, dragonfly, stylised flowers and foliage in lovely colours.
The edges of both boxes have hand crafted mouldings painted in gold shimmer paint. I have crafted the mouldings with air dry clay.
The boxes have been varnished to protect the artwork.
The larger box is a domed chest style box and is made of wood, the smaller box is circular and made from papier mache.
Both boxes have been left unpainted on the inside.
