This piece was born out of my daily coffee ritual – a quiet, grounding moment that deserved an equally thoughtful vessel. Inspired by the contrast of soft morning light and deep shadows, I chose a matte body and black-white glaze to reflect calm, intentional living. The cup’s form is slightly irregular, a reminder that handmade objects carry the quiet beauty of imperfection.
Working in our London studio, I aimed to create something minimalist yet warm – a piece that feels personal to hold and fits naturally into everyday life.
