This is inspired by Big Clive on Youtube, who made a video on a very simple schematic for 'Intergalactic Supercomputers'
I've forever got a handful of never-completed, complicated, projects on the go. A friend saw Big Clive's version of this device and suggested they might like one - I leapt on it as something I could probably actually complete for once!
As it's such a simple project, I leaned more toward the aesthetic - the end result is a good rendition of what I initially had in mind.

Full description
This is an LED 'Supercomputer', hailing from the era when computers had wooden cases and lots of flashing lights. It's handmade of custom-designed PCBs, acrylic, 3D printed parts, 324 LEDs with a beautiful hand-finished Iroko wood casing.
For clarity, it is a purely decorative item, although it does have 2 brightness levels and a reset button that re-syncs all the lights.
Note it has a USB-C socket and uses any USB charger - I'm not providing one since we've all got lots of these and including one one is instant e-waste. But I do recommend finding a nice braided USB cable in whatever length and colour works in your home.
Physical size is approx 415x165x35mm.
I'm making these to order in small batches and I've set the shipping at 21 days - folksy allows max 30 days shipping so it may be closer to that - hopefully it will be quicker but I'll keep you updated.
