Walking around the local garden centre I noticed that all the bird feeders looked the same, either a simple flat piece of wood on a pole, or a house shape with a hook. I thought at the time, why not have something a little different for the garden, something that looks appealing to me through the window, is easy to see when the seed is running low and easy for birds to access. I made a few drawings on my pad and eventually came up with this design.
