Its quite simple really, the inspiration for this came from us moving house and the removals people breaking our Hall mirror. Naturally I got complaints from my partner that she needed to "look good" before leaving the house and desperately needed a mirror in the hall of our new house.
My quest started - how big do you want it I asked, how wide should it be etc. The answer came back, just do your best!
I searched through my stock of wood and found two pieces of approximately similar length, both from the same tree in fact. I also had a nice mirror glass that I rescued from an old Victorian mirror - and so matched the three pieces together and the mirror was born. Aha! I hear you say, so why are you selling it, well I made two in fact and this is the second (my partner had first choice for our Hallway!
