Zentangles are fun and mindful. Helpful whilst having bad mental health days. Plenty to keep you busy and can do it with not much artistic talent!

Heart zentangle on A4 card. Drawn in pens. A bit of echo art in there. Multicoloured.
I use zentangles to help calm my mind. On my bad mental health days. The process is mindful. Concentrating on making the small drawings.
