You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Eye catching blue roses with diamante heart studs, these earrings are handmade to order and feature polymer clay roses that hang delicately from a sparkling gold heart stud for that extra touch of sparkle.
Please note that this is a handmade item and small variations may occur compared to the pictures.
All items are made to order and current processing times are between 5-7 days. Shipping used is Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all deliveries.
