I learnt how to design printed circuit boards (PCBs) in 2019 as part of my work teaching technology to young people. During the lockdown in 2020, I had some time on my hands, and realised that circuit boards could be artwork too, and designed my first art-PCB to give away to family and friends at Christmas, and it has become a yearly tradition!
Some of my boards, this one included, are white as standard, meaning they can be decorated with alcohol-based markers (such as Sharpies) - either before giving them as a gift, or as part of it! It's a lovely tradition to get together with my friends each year for a mindful half an hour decorating Christmas decorations.

Beautiful art-PCB in the shape of a cherry blossom flower - a lovely gift for anniversaries, birthdays or Mother's Day.
The board you will receive is white, and can be decorated at home using alcohol-based markers (such as Sharpies), meaning that you can fully personalise it, or give it as a mindful gift. You can choose the colour of the lights, and it can be sent with a brooch attachment or a hanging ribbon.
I am usually able to post within 3 days, but will contact you if this is not possible. Please get in touch before ordering if you need it by a certain date or have any questions about the options available.
KIT OPTION
This item is also available as a kit. Instead of soldering the board myself, I can send you all of the components (including a few extra LEDs!) that you need to assemble it yourself, including a link to instructions with photographs. It is designed to be easily soldered by beginners, so is a great starter kit.
