Mermaid's purses are one of my favourite things to find when beachcombing, especially those with tiny tendrils that attach to seaweed. This pendant is made from 0.5mm fine silver which has been given a light texture. Sterling silver tendrils have been added and formed into a loop for the chain. The mermaid's purse is hollow like the real thing and as such is lightweight and easy to wear. Measuring approx 6cm from top to bottom of the tendrils and 2cm across, the pendant comes with a 16 or 18 inch sterling silver belcher chain. If you would prefer a longer chain, please get in touch before purchase.
The pendant has been hallmarked at the London Assay Office and carries my maker's mark
