CAN I REQUEST ALTERATIONS TO ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes absolutely. You can request your choice of earring fitting. You can also request changes, for example, extra length in a bracelet or change the length of a necklace. Simply get in touch and ask about your request.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Czech Glass Bead and Silver Necklace Set -
This eye-catching necklace and earrings set is made with stunning iridescent Czech glass square beads. Each of the square beads are 14mm in size and have a high reflection and the beads change colour as they move providing a very striking effect. The glass beads are interspersed with slightly curved silver tone beads and silver plated beads. The necklace is finished with a silver plated toggle fastening. The set includes a pair of matching earrings which are finished with silver-plated hooks.
The necklace is 52cm in total length and the earrings are 6cm in total length.
