CAN I REQUEST ALTERATIONS TO ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes absolutely. You can request your choice of earring fitting. You can also request changes, for example, extra length in a bracelet or change the length of a necklace. Simply get in touch and ask about your request.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Cane Glass and Lampwork Bead Multicolour Necklace and Earrings Set -
This necklace set is made with a collection of cane and handmade lampwork beads in an orange and black theme. The feature beads are interspersed with silver-plated beads, glass beads and silver bugle beads.
The set is completed with a pair of cane glass drop earrings. The necklace is 60cm in length and the earrings are 6cm in total length.
This is a unique jewellery set which depends which beads I have in stock at the times.
