CAN I REQUEST ALTERATIONS TO ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes absolutely. You can request your choice of earring fitting. You can also request changes, for example, extra length in a bracelet or change the length of a necklace. Simply get in touch and ask about your request.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Mixed Colour Glass Cube Bead Necklace and Earrings Set -
This pretty eye-catching necklace set made with a collection of different colour glass cube beads. The glass beads come in different pale shades with lavender and amber plus clear beads. Each bead is fixed between hematite square disk beads and zirconia spacer beads. These are then interspersed with silver tube beads.
The necklace is finished with a silver-plated toggle fastening. The set is completed with a pair of matching earrings which are finished with silver-plated ear-hooks.
The necklace is 54cm in total length including the toggle. The earrings are 4.5cm total length.
