CAN I REQUEST ALTERATIONS TO ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes absolutely. You can request your choice of earring fitting. You can also request changes, for example, extra length in a bracelet or change the length of a necklace. Simply get in touch and ask about your request.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Silver Heart and Gemstone Charm Bracelet -
This pretty heart theme charm bracelet is made with a collection of silver heart charms, nature charms plus blue glass and gemstone charms.
The glass beads have been hand wrapped using silver plated wire and attached securely onto a silver plated chain.
The bracelet is finished with a pretty textured silver leaf design toggle fastening. This is a one-of-a-kind design and totally unique.
The bracelet is 19cm in length including the toggle fastening. The bracelet is silver plated and the charms are a mix of silver plated and alloy.
This bracelet would be perfect for any occasion whether it's a gift, for yourself to wear in the day or evening. Each bracelet is wrapped in a pretty chiffon bag and carefully wrapped for safe delivery.
