Carisbrooke is a scrumptious squishy laceweight yarn that is named for the town where Carisbrooke Castle stands.
The yarn is 1200m of gorgeous squishiness made up from 80% Extra Fine Merino and 20% Silk, giving this yarn a lot of bounce but a nice amount of strength.
All yarn is dyed by me in the non-smoking home I share with four teenagers, a few cats and a Shih Tzu - none of whom show any interest whatsoever in my yarns and fibres.
