Firstly the cold - I get earache if I don't cover up in winter.
Secondly, wearing something I've made myself, in a yarn I love, a one-off makes me feel good.
Especially when I'm rushing around trying to fit everything into my day, it reminds me of feeling calm because knitting is so calming and mindful.
This yarn is made in the North of England and it's so so soft.
And...I use this yarn for my dog jumpers so...I love twinning with my dog.

A Chunky cable bobble hat never goes out of fashion.
This is a rib and cable patterned beanie hat with or without fake fur pompom.
It's hand knit by me using 100% pure British Bluefaced Leicester wool, produced in Yorkshire and It is super soft and squishy
The colour is jet black and the label made from vegan leather.
You can wear it with or without a silver, fake-fur Pom-Pom , looks great both ways.
Sizing wise it will fit a small/medium sized adult head.
Circumference non stretched is 17 inches and 23.5 inches stretched.
Height is 8.5 inches stretched and non stretched.
Care - please hand wash in cool water and dry flat.
