I've been making and selling the smaller less baghy Slouch Beanies for a while and they have been popular. But I had lost a few sales due to them not being baggy enough to accommodate thicker hair and or Dreads, so I have been making them with more slouch and it's been very much welcomed by my customers.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
