Dottie Dollie Pin Brooch - Rose with a Burgundy Beret is a handmade replica of a real broken antique doll head from my collection, the original head was broken, dirty and unloved, having been discarded and buried as rubbish about a hundred years ago.
Rose has a very cute face, but sometimes a girl needs a little bit extra, so this version of Rose comes with a chic burgundy wine beret! She has hand painted pink hair and blue eyes. She is handmade from resin, and carefully hand-painted with acrylic paint and soft pastels. She has a gently aged finish, which has several coats of ceramic sealer applied to protect it.
There is a 25mm safety pin at the back, which has been securely attached with epoxy glue. Rose's face is approximately 37mm wide, and 40mm tall.
Due to the nature of handmade items no two are exactly the same, making each brooch an individual.
Like all jewellery Rose should be removed before swimming, protected from heavy showers of rain, creams, perfumes, potions and lotions.
She will come to you on a gift card, as shown, you will receive the exact brooch shown in the first five photos.
