A place to put your spare change? A safe haven for your earrings, necklaces, cufflinks or keys? A Soap Dish? Even an ashtray? You choose how to use this small dish!
This would make a lovely housewarming gift, or if you are kitting out a new home, it could make a lovely present for yourself.
This dish is approximately 10 cm square, and the corners are 1.5 cm high.
We make this design using a sheet of sparkly green glass, hand-cut to the required size for the base. We then cut a second sheet slightly smaller, this one in sparkly blue, and cut it into shape to look like it's been shattered. These are arranged on the base sheet. The first visit to the kiln fuses all the glass into a single sheet, but unlike some of our other pieces, this piece has a smoother texture. A second visit to the kiln is required to create the dish shape.
4 little rubber feet are fitted to provide stability and protect your furniture.
Please note that the jewellery and other items used in the photos are not included in the sale.
