I love a nice mug to have a cup of tea! I spend many hours creating my stitched textiles and this is a way to make my art affordable, but still personal. Professionally printed to a high standard by a firm in Scotland: I am thrilled that the quality of the print captures all the textures and stitches of my original machine embroidery.

Full description

This mug features a beautiful design from my embroidered textile artwork, professionally photographed and printed onto a white fine bone china mug, presented in its own gift box, with a printed image on the front to match the mug.

Hand washing is recommended: although the mugs are dishwasher safe, the vibrancy of colour may fade over time if continually put in the dishwasher.

Size: 75mm diameter x 85mm height

I used Southfield printers in Scotland for my mugs, who say: each mug is made by hand in our factory. The design is printed on to special paper and applied to the mug, which is then placed in a heat press. The ink turns to a gas once it reaches the optimum temperature, thus 'embedding' itself into the product (not like a transfer) producing a really vibrant image.
