Founded by a couple of wildlife enthusiasts, Lotamou crafts unique candles, hand-poured with passion and love. Flames can speak, and our candles narrate tales of beauty, freedom, and reclaimed wildness. Yet, each person will hear their own story.

Safety information
Please ensure that any dried flowers are removed from the candle prior to lighting. It is advisable not to position the candle near an open window and to never leave it unattended while lit. Kindly be aware that the items depicted in the image may differ from their actual appearance due to their unique nature, and some flowers may be out of season. However, the overall color palette will remain consistent. Candle Safety Instruction: 1.Remove all dried flowers before lighting up the candle. 2. Ensure wicks are trimmed to 6 mm during use and each time candle is relit. 3. Candles should burn for 3 hours the first time. If the candle is not burned long enough for the wax to liquefy or melt from edge to edge of the container, a 'memory ring' will form and the candle will tunnel. 4. Never leave a burning candle unattended. 5. Never move a burning candle. Ensure the candle is extinguished, the wax is solid and the jar is cold before handling. 6. Avoid burning the candle in drafty areas, such as near an open window, air duct, or fan. 7. Candle containers may become hot. Burn the candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface. 8. Keep candles and flames away from children, pets, and flammable materials. 9. Do not use the lid to extinguish the candle. 10. Do not burn the candle all the way down until there is no wax left.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
