Full description
This is a gorgeous cedar of Lebanon fountain pen mounted on screw-fit gun metal fitments.
The wood was turned on a lathe using a mixture of traditional and modern techniques before being mounted to the English-designed Omega style pen kit.
The quality (right handed) nib is gold plated and writes brilliantly. Tucked inside the body of the pen is a vacuum chamber to suck up your own ink, or this can be removed to enable the use of standard ink refills.
Finished with hard wearing Waxes, the surface of the pen will develop a lovely patina over time and with use, ensuring the user can feel the warmth of the wood on their hand when writing.
In the hand, these Omega style pens are comfortable, and with a nice balance of the pen enables effortless, stylish writing.
Presented in a clear-top lidded and padded box, this pen is a gift that could become a family heirloom.
