Amethyst is my favourite gemstone, and this was a chance to make something very different and very challenging.

Thousands of tiny glass seed beads went into the creation of this piece, and it took 4 days to make. Every single element is hand-sewn, and it is the most challenging piece to make. However, the finished design is worth the sweat and tears!
This is basically a large triangle of fabric made entirely from seed beads. The complex weave builds up gradually over time, and I have used various shades of Silver and Purple to create a gorgeous band running across the length of the fabric. However, it is entirely made from glass! Tiny glass seed beads. And it is so soft, and it drapes like fabric.
The piece comes fitted with a heart-shaped magnetic clasp for ease of wear so it forms a wonderful drape down and across your neckline. It's just like a beautiful silk scarf, except it's a necklace, and it's made from glass seed beads! The fringing along the bottom edge brings the design to life, and each strand ends with a stunning, deep Purple Amethyst gemstone.
It will easily fit starting from 16 inches up to at least 2
