This dazzling piece took 4 days to create and approximately 25 hours of hand sewing! It's a complex technique that requires a steady hand and a brave heart, but the finished result is so worth it!
Arrakis dazzles. It's a three-dimensional collar with pyramids of stunning crystals that rise from the collar to surround the neck. It is made entirely from glass and crystal using 5 different types of glass Miyuki seed beads and fabulous black aurora bicone crystals. By hand-sewing using a precise technique, the collar naturally curves around the neck, but the stitching allows the crystals and larger seed beads to form beautiful pyramids.
Arrakis is a complex piece and uses a lot of materials to create with over 200 crystals and thousands of glass seed beads. Elegant, sparkly, and with a distinct Art Deco feel, this dazzling piece is a very special necklace that will easily fit from 16 inches to 20 inches due to the nature of the circlet and the extension chain. It comes fitted with a sturdy gold-plated clasp.
