i saw metal troll cross belts for sale and like the decorative ways of arranging and adding cloth to outfits
But thought they would be more user friendly in wood
less chance on small children or kneeling people hurting there selves
The badge bits came from other designs i was testing and i thought they complimented each other
Safety information
french polish should be cleaned with wax and kept away from spirit based cleaners

Full description
A troll cross designed to be worn with a cloth belt or ribbon tartan or other depending on your style or the occasion with a large Viking/ Celtic shield cross design brooch for wearing at the shoulder
The two fit together so they can be displayed when not in use
They are both made of elm wood and finished in french polish
A nice addition to formal wear
This is the smaller of the two sizes of troll cross in elm i make
It measures 4 5/8th by 3 1/2 inches
or 120mm by 90mm if your young enough to not own a two foot rule
it is made from fallen wood sourced from my immediate surrounding
I am currently working on various other designs for the badge pieces mainly Viking and Celtic in origin
But if you have anything particular in mind let me know
Designed by Claire whittaker in helmsdale
