You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Cottage Kitchen Writing Set - A wonderful gift for any stationery lover!
A B O U T:
This unique cottagecore themed stationery set features a range of delicate watercolour designs, hand-painted by me. Each item in the set has been meticulously designed and carefully assembled by hand.
I N C L U D E S:
— 10 sheets of writing paper
— 10 recycled brown envelopes
— 1 sticker sheet
— 3 decorative vinyl stickers
— 1 bookmark
I N F O R M A T I O N:
— The writing paper is made from 100gsm premium quality paper. You can choose the size and style of paper you would prefer, whether A4, A5, lined, or blank. The blank options include a free guideline sheet.
— The envelopes are C6 size and made from recycled Kraft Paper.
— The sticker sheet is made from 80gsm matte sticker paper and is kiss cut for easy peeling. (11.7cm x 16.6cm)
— The 3 vinyl stickers are made from 100gsm matte vinyl making them higher quality and more durable. They are individually cut by hand. (Teapot - 5.7cm x 3.8cm. Bread - 6.3cm x 4.5cm. Jam Jar - 4cm x 4cm)
— The bookmark is made from thick archival matte card and is double sided. (5cm x 14.5cm)
D E L I V E R Y:
All items are made to order to minimise waste. They will be carefully packed in a protective cellophane bag and cardboard envelope to give maximum protection when shipping. Packages will usually be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of an order being placed.
