Novelty Mexican Day of the Dead skirt, one of a kind
This skirt has an elastic waist which will fit a 34" - 40". ( IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME ADJUST THE WAIST SIZE, LEAVE YOUR MEASUREMENTS ON THE ORDER). I CAN ONLY ADJUST THE WAIST SIZE :)
The length is 23".
