Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
We'll make beautiful jewellery for you from your sea glass! Choose from 6 designs and 3 types of metal. We can use beads to enhance your glass if you wish. We usually post items within 2 days of receiving your glass.

How it works:
1. Choose the piece of jewellery you'd like. Your final pendant or bracelet will look different from ours as it will be your unique piece of jewellery. Please let us know about any beads you'd like used in your jewellery. Horizontal bar necklaces are not available in stainless steel. All items are available in silver plate or gold plate.
2. We'll email you our address so you can send us your glass. (You'll pay the postage, large letter is suitable). Please note that we can't guarantee success when drilling sea glass as it's possible that it breaks due to unseen flaws in the glass. (Glass is very hard and must be drilled using a diamond drill under water). For this reason we suggest you include a couple of spare pieces of glass in your package. The maximum size of each piece of glass is 3 cm x 1.5 cm x 8mm.
3. We'll email you a photo of the finished product to be sure you're happy with it. If we can't make a necklace or bracelet you like we'll refund your purchase price.
4. We'll post your jewellery in a gift box, along with any unused pieces of glass.
