Full description
We've created this eye-catching pendant from two triangular pieces of tumbled beach glass. Their shapes and colours go together perfectly. The smaller piece of glass has come from curved domestic glass ware, such as a bowl, which had a layer of red glass inside an outer layer of white. When the broken glass was tossed in the waves the inner layer wore away more slowly, which preserved some of the red glass.
The pendant is 4 cm high, 5 cm wide and 8 mm thick. It comes on a 50 cm (approx. 20 inches) fine sterling silver chain. If you would prefer a different length chain please let us know what you would like.
Our jewellery is individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each piece of jewellery is unique. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges in sand (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The pendant will be delivered by Royal Mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
