I have made these wish bracelets since my now adult daughter was a child, first as gifts for teachers and then to sell. They have been one of my best sellers ever since and make fantastic stocking fillers, wedding favours and letterbox gifts.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

My wish bracelets make the perfect letterbox gift or pick-me-up treat for someone you care about – or just yourself!
Attached to a smooth, strong white card with a verse printed in crisp black ink, wish bracelets are designed to be tied onto the wrist and not removed until the cord snaps. I have a rainbow of strong waxed cotton cord colours for you to choose from, along with your choice of a nickel, lead and cadmium safe silver-plated star, heart or horseshoe charm.
The bracelet comes neatly packaged in a compostable vegetable starch sleeve. A recycled kraft envelope will be provided free of charge for sending or gifting if selected.
