This handmade Grief Support Bracelet is made with 6mm smooth, round AA Grade semi-precious gemstones and strung on comfy stretch cord. It is made with the perfect combination of crystals that flow together perfectly to help calm and relax the mind.
Grief can be one of the most difficult things we go through in our lives. Intense sadness and grief can be difficult to heal, and many people suffer with emotional pain for months or years. Being able to move beyond grief can seem impossible and challenging whether its the loss of a loved one, healing from broken relationships or even the loss of a pet. When a person grieves it can often take a physical toll on the body. This can be due to the fact that our aura or spiritual body is weakened by these feelings of loss, shock and trauma.
