Full description
I was commissioned to make a large Navajo style box some time ago and continued to play around with the ideas. Small squares and triangles in various coloured wood veneers make up lots of traditional designs.
This is a lidded box, veneered in oak with a square design to the lid, bordered with black stringing.
Finished with coats of French polish to bring out the grain of the wood.
Size is 12cm x 12cm x 6cm
