Full description
This linocut was inspired by a fern leaf I found in the woods around my house, at the base of an oak tree, surrounded by enchanter's nightshade.
Each print was done by hand using oil-based safewash ink and a small lever press. The inking is slightly different on every print, using green and ochre ink to capture the first magical colour change of autumn, and so each item is truly unique.
It's printed on standard size A4 paper so it's very easy to frame. It would look great in any nature-loving living room or bedroom, and makes a thoughtful gift for plant lovers and gardeners.
I also have a red and ochre variation in my shop printed using the same lino block. If you would like to see a different colour, please do get in touch.
This is an open edition print, variation one (green). Each print is hand numbered and signed.
