You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These adorable, sassy elves are here to make sure you take care of yourself during this holiday season. That’s right, this is an Elf for Yourself!
Posing them will bring them much delight, as you take 5 minutes from your busy holiday schedule to interact with them. They encourage you to take care of yourself and make some time for just YOU everyday.
Each Elf for Yourself has her own colour scheme with various points of pose-ability. She has her own handmade dress and hat featuring the classic little bell and faux fur trim. She has handmade glittery shoes with a faux fur white trim, and cosy handmade leg warmers to complete her look.
Each elf has her own handmade hair styled into adorable plaits, that sit right next to her little elf ears.
Your elf will come with her own doll stand so that she is ready to get to work straight from the box. She will also come with a certificate of authenticity, and a print unique to your doll.
There will only ever be one each of these dolls made so grab something uniquely creative this holiday season, and always remember to take care of yourself.
