Full description
'Thalassa' a beautiful multicolour double marble with blueberry, aqua green, gold, blue, and cream in a beautiful layered design. This sheet has been marbled twice with a fantasy pattern over a striped French curl pattern.
Marbled onto 140gsm FSC acid free white base paper made in the UK. The sheet is a2 594mm x 420mm, long grain.
A one of a kind sheet for use in bookbinding, as endpapers, box covering, and many other paper crafts. As I marble using acrylics, these sheets have a more durable surface than traditional marbling and can take getting wet with no loss of paint.
Every one of the sheets I sell are handmade by me from start to finish. there may be some very small blemishes in the pattern, this is part of the nature of hand marbled papers and are part of the charm. Most papers will also have a certain amount of paint on the reverse, this is unavoidable but does not affect the performance of the paper.
These sheets will be sent rolled in a sturdy postal tube. This means that only sheets can be ordered together.
Please be aware that there may be colour differences due to the way monitors and phones display colours.
