Full description
This is a delightful chunky silver and raw sapphire size O. This ring was created using a sand casting technique. The ring is asymmetrical in shape and I have left some of the organic textures in place from the sand casting process.
The sapphires are ‘Montana Sapphires’ mined from the famous Montana gravel beds in America. They have a similar look to sea glass but unlike glass sapphires are some of the only stones to cope with the very high temperatures created by sand casting.
