Full description
A book for the reader in your life. A pretty little book covered in gorgeous vintage paper and bound using the ‘Criss-Cross Binding’ style (also known as Secret Belgian Binding), this is filled with pages of plain white paper in which records of books that have been read and enjoyed can be listed. The inside cover has a floral design painted by my artist sister and the first page of the book has an illustration of books that will inspire reading! I usually just make book journals for family members but thought that I would make a few more this year. This one is roughly A6 size (measuring 11 x15x2cm) and the style of binding means that the pages open wide and lie flat, so it would also make a lovely gift for someone who sketches.
