I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
One Handmade Christmas Pudding Decoration.
Made of repurposed felted wool with a white felt topping, it has hand stitched, mismatched repurposed red button berries, hand dyed wool blanket free motion embroidered holly leaves and a twine loop to hang. A felt circle is on the back and there's hand embroidered detail on the white felt.
Approximately 7cm in across and 16cm from the top of the hanger to the bottom of the pudding.
Where possible the materials used have been repurposed or smaller pieces left over from other projects so there is as little waste as possible.
Please add a note on the order if there's one particular pudding that you have your eye on.
This item is a decoration and not a toy and therefore should be kept out or reach of children due to small parts.
