If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout. Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

Full description
This is an original mixed media abstract landscape painting. The sunshine is poking through the trees and the sky is a clear blue. In the distance you can see the rooftop of a white cottage and in the foreground is the suggestion of trees and foliage. I have built up the base layers with original print, pastels and tin foil. Layers of acrylic paint have then been applied to the top, leaving some text visible.
The key features of this mixed media painting are:
- This is an original, one-off, artwork on a sealed cradled wooden canvas.
-The painting is varnished & signed.
- The sides of the cradled panel have been painted to add interest.
- It is ready to hang.
- The total size is 30.5 x 23 x 2.5 cms (12 x 9 x 1 inches).
- It may be hung or it can be free standing.
- Also included is a note of authentication from me, Susan Betty.
- Free shipping across the U.K.
This original landscape will be posted out by first class Royal Mail. The painting will be covered with glassine paper before it is carefully encased in bubble wrap (or equivalent). It will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box.
