Chasing sunsets is always a favourite thing to do. And when I find that sunset, breathe and take in the moment...The glow on your face as the sun lowers in the sky and a gentle warmth and you know will only stay or a short time. The golden reflections that shimmer on the ripple of the sea as the sun drops lower in the sky towards the horizon. The moment when the sun hits the horizon, it feels like the volume of the world reduces a little, preparing to recharge overnight. The golden reflections spread further and further over the water, leaving its imprint before the horizon swallows the final beam of the day. And then as one last protest for having to leave, the afterburn that lights up the sky once more before darkness starts to take over. This Turquoise pendant is inspired by moments like these...

Chasing sunsets is always a favourite thing to do. And when I find that sunset, breathe and take in the moment...The glow on your face as the sun lowers in the sky and a gentle warmth and you know will only stay or a short time. The golden reflections that shimmer on the ripple of the sea as the sun drops lower in the sky towards the horizon. The moment when the sun hits the horizon, it feels like the volume of the world reduces a little, preparing to recharge overnight. The irregular semi circle shaped Turquoise gemstone has been set in a Sterling Silver Bezel style setting. The bezel setting carries a fine texture detail that reminds me of reflections on wet sand. A chunky 9ct gold hoop attaches to the bezel, half textured and half polished represents the setting sun. The bail is 9ct Gold, fixed and shaped to represent a sunbeam. The pendant measures approx 2.9cm tall and 1.4cm at its widest point and is presented on a Belcher style chain, length of your choice.
This pendant comes with a full UK hallmark including my own makers mark.
